[League] Trade Embargo

Since technically this is a new league with a lot of new faces, we've decided to put a hold on all trades through week 2 of the regular season. This is in the long term interests of the league. We just want to make sure owners are active, quality members before we all start dismantling our teams. This will give guys a chance to play some games with their roster and hopefully prevent a team from trading away it's best player and then have their owner drop out or disappear.
